Evidently, the Supreme Court and the state of Arizona have no respect for individual rights, including property rights.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld an Arizona law that imposes sanctions against businesses that hire illegal immigrants.
If you own a business, it's yours. As long as you're not violating the rights of anyone else, you should be able to run your private business as you see fit, including hire and fire whomever you please, but that's just not the case in the US anymore. A sad day, indeed.
